The summer of 2018 I drove from Van Nuys, CA to Decatur, GA in a plate-less Hyundai Elantra. No one batted an eye, not even the countless troopers I saw along the way. Proof that southerners think it’s rude to pry. After that kind of hospitality, I stayed in The Big Peach for 23 months.
